Submit your business event
Showcase your business event and attract more attendees. You can submit your event using the easy form below which is free! Anyone can promote their event so long as it is located in Hull and East Yorkshire and that would benefit businesses in the region.
How to submit your event:
- Where possible, use Google Chrome website browser when completing the form.
- Simply enter the details into the form below, giving us as much detail about the event as possible.
- Add an image in LANDSCAPE orientation - JPG, PNG or GIF format and under 2MB in file size. By submitting an image, you confirm that you hold the appropriate copyright for it to be used by Visit Hull and East Yorkshire.
- Please do not include a year on the event title – e.g. Humber Business Week 2025 - and let us know if a recurring annual event requires updating.
- Your event will be reviewed by the team to ensure it fits the criteria before it goes live.
- The team will aim to upload events twice a week, so please make sure you submit the event in plenty of time.
Please note, we do not accept the following types of event:
- An event that does not occur at a venue or location within Hull or East Yorkshire
- Event submissions that do not include image copyright information
Visit Hull and East Yorkshire is not obliged to list events submitted and reserves the right to edit or decline any event.
You will not be able to update your event once the form has been submitted, please contact us with any amendments.
